Thank you for choosing Allzone Chauffeur. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our service policies below.

Payment Stipulations

  • ​Payment Identifier: Credit or debit card transactions will be recorded on statements under the name ‘Allzone Business Services’.

  • Ancillary Charges:

    • Parking Fees: Necessary car parking charges incurred to fulfill a booking shall be billed at cost, unless such cost is explicitly incorporated into the Airport Meet & Greet service charge.

    • Journey Adjustments: Any deviations from the original booking parameters, including extra time or mileage, may necessitate the application of additional charges.

    • Statutory Fees: All applicable toll and congestion charges will be added to the final cost.

    • Surcharges: An “unsocial hours” surcharge will be applied to bookings made for pick-up times within 24 hours or for services rendered on public holidays.

  • Financial Details: All quoted prices are denominated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are exclusive of SST (Sales and Service Tax) unless otherwise specified.

  • Accepted Methods: Payment may be rendered via cash, online transfer, or debit/credit card.

 Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

  • Full Charge Reservation: The company reserves the right to impose the full charge for the journey under the following conditions:

    • Cancellation of a booking occurs within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.

    • The pick-up location requires the vehicle to be dispatched more than one hour prior to the scheduled pick-up time, and the booking is subsequently cancelled.

    • The passenger constitutes a "no-show" by failing to appear and establish contact with the chauffeur at the designated time and location.

    • Note: If a change cannot be accommodated and results in cancellation, full charges apply.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds for services will be credited to the Client's original method of payment or processed via an alternative manner as communicated.

       

General Terms & Operational Conditions

  • Liability Limitations: While Allzone Chauffeur Services endeavours to ensure timely vehicle arrival, it accepts no responsibility for delays caused by external factors (e.g., mechanical failure, traffic congestion, accidents, extreme weather) or for any consequential or indirect loss (including loss of profit) suffered by the Customer.

  • Route Determination: The chauffeur shall utilize the most appropriate route.

  • Waiting Time Policy:

  • International Airport Arrivals (with Customs): 60 minutes free wait time.

  • Non-Airport Collections: A 15-minute grace period is permitted from the booked time; subsequently, waiting charges at the current standard rate will apply.

  • All waiting time requested either at the commencement or during a journey is chargeable.

  • Refusal of Service/Termination: The company retains the right to refuse entry to individuals perceived to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose conduct poses a threat to safety. Furthermore, the journey may be terminated due to improper or unreasonable passenger behaviour.

  • Cleaning Fees: The Client will be liable for the cost of special cleaning should the vehicle be left in an unreasonable state.

  • Service Substitution: The company reserves the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur/driver deemed necessary.

  • Statutory Rights: These terms and conditions do not affect the Client's statutory rights.

Service Delivery & Liability 
  • Affiliates: Allzone Chauffeur reserves the right to utilize trusted affiliates to provide transportation services at its discretion.

  • Vehicle Substitution: We reserve the right to upgrade vehicles at no extra charge. Vehicle actual models may vary but are guaranteed to be well-maintained.

  • Lost/Damaged Items: We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. A delivery fee applies for returning found items. Chauffeurs assist with luggage at the client's request but assume no liability for damage.
